Day 1, Manaus / Tefé / Uakari Lodge

Transfer from your hotel to Manaus Airport (MAO). Board on AZUL flight to Tefé (TFF). Boat transfer by arrival directly to Uakari Lodge (2hours). Arrival for check-in and lunch. Afternoon tour to explore the amazing nature and wildlife of the area. Dinner followed by a short presentation about Mamirauá Sustainable Development Reserve and the Community-Based Program at Uakari Lodge.

Days 2, 3 & 4, Amazon (Uakari Lodge)

Uakari Lodge is part of Mamirauá Reserve’s Ecotourism Program, which main objectives are to generate income for the local communities, to strength their organization and to create incentives to promote conservation of the natural resources. The lodge and was designed for minimum environmental impact and provides comfort, good food and exceptional tours and activities. During the 4 nights guests at Amazon Lodge Uacari will join on fabulous tours through pulsating environments on water bodies and dense tropical forests bursting with exotic fauna and flora and will also visit local communities and research stations.

Day 5, Uakari Lodge / Tefé / Manaus
