Overview

Pantanal cuisine is superb. Delicious dishes cooked in the wood stove are the base of a traditional gastronomy, which keeps its origins and attributes. The Pantanal Food Safari is an immersion in the feeding rituals of a typical Pantanal ranch, through the living with local people and discovering their relations with local ingredients and cooking techniques.
